Our products
For beer quality without compromise.
Reliable operation, absolute hygiene, optimum utilisation of human resources, maximum output – all parts of a Caspary industrial brewery are perfectly aligned in order to meet these requirements. We fulfil our demands on quality by means of meticulous construction and the use of high-quality components from well-known German manufacturers. This is also the reason each Caspary brewery is awarded the German certificate of origin “Made in Germany”.
Malt mill
Caspary supplies you with the malt mill best suited for the type and size of your brewery. Our range includes individual mills, systems with malt container plus big bag and silo systems. We implement the malt mill with a high level of automation, depending on the size of you industrial brewery. This includes the malt conveyor and path systems for standard and special malts and the corresponding silos.
Brewhouse
Brewing plant, industrial, pilot or speciality brewery – regardless of the type of brewery our brewhouses provide everything that is essential for best beer quality: an efficient boiling system, a reliable lautering system and high-quality components for the piping and frequency control of the pumps and motors. Our brewhouses are designed according to customer demands and include extensive levels of automation in the case of higher outputs.
Automation
Choose between semi-automatic and fully automatic control. The principle here is: the bigger the brewery, the higher the level of automation. Our control is based on the Siemens programmable logic controller and guarantees extremely simple operation. This is effected via a touch screen. Of course this system also includes: the necessary sensors, a manual emergency operating level and software/hardware for remote maintenance plus the option of control via a tablet PC or smartphone.
Fermentation & storage
Caspary fermentation and storage tanks stand for maximum product quality and reliability. They comply with all applicable standards and the German Pressure Equipment Directive. Other quality features include generous and separately controllable cooling zones for perfect fermentation and storage plus the exclusive use of tank fittings from well-known German manufacturers. High-class surface finish and properties prevent areas that are inaccessible for cleaning and guarantee microbiologically perfect brewing.
Pressure tanks
Our pressure tanks ensure long-term trouble-free operation of your installation. They serve as storage, filter and buffer tanks and on request can be adapted for special processes such as cold hopping. The tank fittings we use come from well-known German manufacturers. Like all Caspary tanks, our pressure tanks are constructed in compliance with the "Hygienic Design” directives and conform with all applicable standards and the German Pressure Equipment Directive.
CIP units
Depending on the size of your brewery, our standard equipment includes CIP (Clean-in-Place) units with up to four containers. Here, too, we can realise special solutions on request. To optimise processes and ensure perfect cleaning we connect your CIP unit to the automatic control. The use of the CIP unit lowers the cost of cleaning agents and guarantees the microbiological purity of your brewery.
Units & filling
Long-lasting and generously dimensioned units, that can handle fluctuations in capacity, future expansions and high ambient temperatures easily, are an integral part of a Caspary industrial brewery. Oil-free scroll compressors and cooling units with redundant pumps that ensure a high degree of system reliability are all part of the standard equipment of our various units. Depending on the size of your system, we either delivery it ourselves or advise you on the purchase of an external solution.
Yeast
Where the taste of the beer is concerned the quality of the raw materials is just as decisive as reliable, modern brewery equipment. We know from experience: high-quality malt and good hops are easy to find on the market. But good yeast, on the other hand, is often difficult to find. In cooperation with the Yeast Bank of Weihenstephan we offer you top quality yeast. Our production portfolio encompasses everything needed for optimum yeast handling, from the yeast bath to yeast propagation.
