ENOBIER
The Keller Holz Privatbrauerei has created its new sort of beer "Enobier". The new sort links the beer technology and the traditional Moldovan winemaking technology. During the brew, 50% of the juice of the indigenous Moldavian grape Feteasca Regala was added.
The buyers highly appreciated the beer, but they have not yet decided exactly whether it is beer wine or wine beer.
