verything from a single source and in top quality – a demand the family Gmachl places on all its products and its hotel. Their own butchers, their own pub – so of course they had to have their own brewery in Gmachl’s “Genussdorf” in Bergheim near Salzburg.

Product quality starts with the quality of the production materials, the Gmachl's know this all too well from their decades of experience and they accept no comprise. High-end technology, top appearance and a reasonably price – these demands make things a bit tight on the market for brewery installations. So with its philosophy CASPARY was not only in the running because of its geographical position and our system also quickly convinced the Gmachl family. Modern brewing technology in traditional guise: we find this chic brewery with its 5hl copper brewhouse and cylindroconical tanks fits perfectly into the concept of the house.

A place of pleasure where modern comfort meets traditional craftsmanship – the recurrent theme through the entire “Genussdorf” in Bergheim. We are very glad to have accomplished this project of the heart together with the Gmachl family – all-in-all a great success.
