In the middle of the historic center of Chemnitz, located on the Neumarkt, stands the Turm-Brauhaus. A pub brewery, in which the theme of fine beers in a cozy atmosphere was implemented with flair: Over 3 floors stretch the guest rooms, lovingly decorated with new and historical objects. In the middle of the guest room and visible from all floors is the magnificent copper brewhouse, where traditional beers, but also changing modern types of beer are brewed.
Brewing is done in traditional open fermenting vats followed by storage in maturation tanks, so you can see the brewing process from start to finish in the tours offered. The beers can then be enjoyed in the restaurant or the large beer garden in front of the door. In addition, there is the event gastronomy in the Brauclub, here everything from hit parties to disco/DJ events are offered. If you want, you can also have the tap truck come to the party with delicious Turmbräu.
Mr. Donath, in cooperation with Caspary as a consultant and as a brewery equipment manufacturer, has created a magnet in the heart of Chemnitz that offers space for everyone, young and old - and the success proves him right!
