The Paulaner Bräuhaus on the Kapuzinerplatz in Munich commissioned Caspary with the conception and realisation of its pub brewery. All key steps, from analysis to conception and on to include assembly and commissioning, were entrusted to us. The brewery has a brewhouse with a brew volume of 2,000 litres and the tank layout was dimensioned for an annual capacity of 3,000 hl.
