Paulaner Bräuhaus New York
New York City
The Paulaner Bräuhaus & Restaurant NYC is one of the pioneers of the up-and-coming New York brewery scene. It combines history and tradition with a feeling of relaxation and a sense of "Gemütlichkeit" in a most unique way. The pub brewery is located in the Bowery, in Manhattan Lower Eastside - a hip and trendy district that gains its attraction from the impacts of different cultures, people and arts. The building was once home to the famous Sammy's Follies Cabaret and in the 1940s and 1950s it was known as the "Bowery Stork Club". The brewery manufacturer Caspary constructed a brewery tailored especially to meet the demands of New Yorkers and that has been supplying the beer hall with best quality beers ever since it opened. Caspary created an atmospheric place that unites the style and designer elements of "Sammy's Bowery Follies Cabarets" with the relaxed flair of a Munich beer house and the cosy sense of community of traditional Bavarian beer.
