There is a new brewery hidden away in southern Switzerland, which certainly does not need to hide its beer specialities. Together with Caspary, the brewery team developed a brewery design that fits into the building as if tailor made. Thanks to the enormous success of its beers, the first tank expansion has already been delivered and is running at full capacity. The malt mill is located directly on the floor above the brewery, thus allowing direct mashing-in. Concentrated taste and sophisticated technology have been catered for here in the smallest of spaces.
Scope of performance.
- 10hl stainless steel brewhouse with fully automatic control
- malt mill with conveyor screw for grist transport
- cylindroconical 10 and 20 hl fermenting tanks
- steam generator, cooling system and compressed air supply
- cleaning and filling for KEGs
- realisation from planning through to commissioning
